Yes. Documents are stored privately with signed access, and every record is scoped to your space with row-level permissions.

Does LIFEBOX connect to my bank?

Bank sync is coming soon to LIFEBOX. You can track your money manually on every plan in the meantime.

Can I share access with others?

Yes. Invite people, assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer), and control who can view or edit each section.

Which countries does LIFEBOX support?

LIFEBOX works everywhere — any country, any currency. It is bilingual in Arabic and English, with document types that fit your region.

Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of LIFEBOX.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LIFEBOX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you store in LIFEBOX. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share any information you upload. LIFEBOX stores your data securely and does not sell it to third parties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Paid plans (PERSONAL, ESSENTIAL, and PREMIUM) are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file until you cancel. Yearly plans are billed once per year. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.

Refunds

Because LIFEBOX is a subscription service with immediate access to premium features, payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a yearly plan partway through a cycle, you keep access until the end of the paid period but no prorated refund is issued for the unused portion. Where local consumer law grants a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is preserved and takes precedence over this clause. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then reverts to the Free tier. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription.

Service availability

LIFEBOX is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We strive for reliability, but service availability and features may change as the product evolves.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
